Book Review: Borrow

June 26, 2013

I have been reading a lot of books lately and I have had a chance to review some of them. Most of the books I have been reading a pretty decent but they are all about the corruption and abuse in the intelligence communities of the United States. Most of the information in these books do not impress me as I have been following the egregious and undemocratic offenses of certain intelligence agencies for decades now. The book that did really impress me that I decided to write about was written by Louis Hyman called Borrow: The American Way of Debt. I recommend this book to everybody living in the United States and especially to young people who are just turning eighteen and will start to receive credit card offers soon. Before you decide on getting a credit card, you need to read this book. This book gives you the whole history of credit in the United States from the beginning of the twentieth century up to now.

If you are in debt, do your best to get out of it and to help you get motivated, read this book.

If you are just starting out in the world of credit and credit cards, don’t use any of them, don’t even take out loans of any kind until you read this book.
