The Boston Massacre of the Constitution

April 25, 2013

North American people made a pact with the devil in the weeks and months following 9/11 when they bought the Bush-era argument that by surrendering liberty they could buy safety. But that type of pact has never enhanced either liberty or safety, and its fruits are always bitter.

What happened in Boston is a travesty of justice and freedom to us all and a violation of the 4th Amendment to the Constitution of the United States. The stupid sheeple are appalled at the false flag event and the anarcho-capitalist libertarian freedom lovers are appalled at the violation of our right to privacy and to be secure of search and seizure in our own homes protected by the 4th Amendment.

No one has stopped to consider who are these brothers that we had never heard about before in our lives and are all of a sudden a bunch of bad guys who want to destroy our country. Could it be that they were just set up to take the fall for another false flag event to take away more of our liberties?

These two brothers could be any one of us at any time in our lives, but no one stops to consider this. No one stops to consider that if a bomb goes off, and you were in the area, the FBI may think that you fit the profile. No one stops to think that if the identify sketch of a person who robbed a convenience store the night before flashes on TV and it looks just like you and you dont have a plausible excuse for that time that anyone’s going to believe, then it just may be your ass on the line and you might end up like these two brothers in Boston. No one stops to think that if you were innocentylyt involved with the wrong people and the 60 Minutes crew is within minutes of tracking you down, you may be front page news the next day in a way you would not have imagined before. How about someone faking your e-mail address when searching for sex with twelve-year-olds, and the police are at your door?

The Constitution is the supreme law of the land. It was written to create and to restrain the federal government. Every person who works for any government in the U.S. has taken an oath of fidelity to the Constitution, not unlike the presidential oath, which induces a promise to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution.

Yet two things that the average unskilled cash cow of the government does not consider. Aside from a bombing which I believe was staged, there was a clear violation of the 4th Amendment of the United States Constitution on the part of the government and these two brothers who were accused, tried and punished by law enforcement and the media could have been framed.

Last night I had to sit through a stupid training on how to spot someone who is intoxicated and I realized that the training was a brainwashing tool or could definitely be used as one to manipulate peoples perception of others.

We are no longer a nation of laws and a nation of private citizens, all that was violated in Boston, Massachusetts because someone endangered the lives of others and we are to believe that these persons were caught and not tried mind you, but killed and all these idiots in Boston start shouting “USA!” as if it was the World Cup soccer game. Perhaps the stupid sheeple of Boston dont know their history and have never taken a course in civics. Either way they obviously dont appreciate that after the Civil War had ended and President Lincoln was dead, the Supreme Court in a case called Ex parte Milligan (1866) rebuked and reversed Lincoln’s unilateral assaults on personal freedoms in the North and in so doing reminded us that the Constitution was written for good times and for bad, and its protections cover all persons at all times and under all circumstances who have any contact, voluntary or not, with the government.

Folks if the stupid sheeple of Boston dont care about their right to privacy, if they dont care about their Constitutional rights then screw them, but you and me have to ensure that we keep our right to privacy intact.
