Book Review: The Art of Barter

April 25, 2013

Okay so I am on the third book review I believe and I promised I would do seven book reviews altogether. The Art of Barter is an excellent book if you want to delve into the world of barter and possibly make a living off of it or just make it a way of life. If you just want to learn some tips of the trade it is also helpful, but if your interest does not extend from there then you will find this book very redundant. You will find that what learned in 218 pages could have been learned in 109 pages as well.

So its really up to you how good or how bad this book can be, but if you have any interest at all in learning how to barter, it is worth a read at least until you get tired of the redudancy.

Thats really all I have to say about this book. Stay tuned for my fourth book review which will be on Rollback by Thomas Woods. Thomas Woods is a powerhouse author in the world of libertarian thought so I have no clue how I am going to tackle reviewing that book. All I can say is that I have already started reading it and I am soaking up every page so stay tuned.
