Thank You C.I.A. For the One Hundred Dubious Foreigners You Let In Every Year Since 1949

November 13, 2012

A key clause of the 1949 Central Intelligence Agency Act allowed the CIA to let one hundred foreigners a year into the United States in the name of national security, granting them “permanent residence without regard to their inadmissibility under the immigration or any other laws.” When you take this in consideration with the testimony of Michigan lawyer who witnessed an Indian looking man in a suit attempt to convince airline agents to allow the young man from Africa (the underwear bomber) to board a flight without as much as a passport, you can start to put together a picture of what is really going on.

We got the signing of the PATRIOT Act by Baby Bush and its extension by Obama, then the creation of the TSA under the Department of Homeland Security and the signing of the NDAA this past year and yet none of us private citizens know that since 1949 the Central Intelligence Agency has been allowed to circumvent immigration laws and allow 100 foreigners a year to enter this country.

You think maybe it is the CIA who has allowed terrorists to enter this country? You doubt that they would be responsible? Well lets take a look at what history says. On the very same day that President Harry Truman signed the CIA Act of 1949 into law, Willard G. Wyman, a two-star general told North American immigration officials that a Ukrainian named Mikola Lebed was “rendering valuable assistance to this Agency in Europe.” Under the newly approved law, the CIA smuggled, let me write that again, smuggled Lebed into the United States. So we have 100 foreigners a year that have been smuggled into the United States by the CIA since 1949 starting with number one foreigner, Mikola Lebed who according to the CIA’s own files described the Ukrainian faction led by Lebed before being smuggled into the United States as “a terrorist organization.” Lebed himself had gone to prison for the murder of the Polish interior minister in 1936, and he escaped when Germany attacked Poland three years later. He saw the Nazis as natural allies. The Nazi Germans recruited his men into two battallions, including the one named Nightingale, which fought in the Carpathian Mountains.

Now with such a wonderful background such as this of being a known terrorist by the CIA and smuggled into the United States nevertheless, how on Earth can we dare to criticize people who come to this country illegally ever again?! How on Earth can we dare to say that the TSA are keeping us safe?! What a mockery! The Justice Department determined that Lebed was  a war criminal who had slaughtered Ukrainians, Poles, and Jews. But all attempts to deport him ceased after Allen Dulles, the wonderful man whose family name was given to the one of the airports in Washington, DC himself wrote to the federal immigration commissioner, saying Lebed was “of inestimable value to this Agency” and was assisting in “operations of the first importance.” So beginning in 1949, the United States was ready to work with almost any son of a bitch against Stalin and Lebed and who knows how many thousands more have fit that bill.

So ladies and gentleman when you are concerned about terrorists and war criminals sneaking into the country, you dont need to give up your liberties with new laws or bigger government making your vacation plans more stressful with agents putting their hands on your person, all you need to do is demand that the truth be revealed and that truth is that if terrorists in 9/11 got into this country we now have probable cause to investigate whether or not the Central Intelligence Agency allowed them into this country.
